We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ring products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into your Ring account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your device in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
